Achieving an internationally acknowledged accreditation is the main driver for a training provider. Yet, becoming an OPITO/STCW/GWO accredited center can be quite a long and windy road, often entailing large investments.

In this process the first focus is often on the hardware. Preparations of the ‘soft elements’ like the master folder, quality management system, processes and forms are often started much later, resulting in delays in the audit process. Subsequently the center cannot immediately become operational after the last details have been finished.

To make sure that you as a training provider can start doing business as soon as possible after the center is technically in operation, our approach starts with a GAP Analysis and a detailed roadmap where we layout the items to develop, CAPEX & OPEX estimation, and a corresponding timeline. This way we help you make sure that the accreditation and audit process is undertaken as efficiently as possible.
